Dear TRAC Artist,

We are excited about offering this new opportunity to TRAC artists and pleased that you are submitting your information for TRAC’s new online registry. This service provides visitors to TRAC’s website an introduction to the amazing talents and work of the many wonderful artists who are members of TRAC. In addition, it adds yet another venue by which to promote the Studio Tours and annual Art Auction.

Please review the following policies which will guide the development of this project.

• An artist must have a current TRAC membership to be eligible for an artist listing on TRAC’s website.


• An artist may have only one page but may designate and be referenced by more than one medium for his/her work.


• TRAC reserves the right of final approval of submissions to its website. Information and images provided by the artist will be reviewed and must be approved prior to posting.


• Initial pages will be posted following TRAC approval and after receipt of set-up payment.


• An annual maintenance fee will be assessed and will be due with TRAC membership.


• Payment of the annual maintenance fee will assure continued posting of the artist’s webpage and will also provide one opportunity during that membership year to update the images and/or text information. Updated submissions will be reviewed for approval prior to posting.


• An artist may update his/her page an additional three times during each membership year by paying the update fee.
