Step 1: Review Instructions

Getting your directory page set up is a two-part process: the text and the images. If you have questions, please contact Jane Willig - jane@toeriverarts.org – for further information or help.

1. Text:

Once you have provided the requested information in the Artist Registry Information Entry Form, a summary page will appear for your review. Simply print that form and bring/send it to TRAC with your one-time-only $20 set-up fee.

Note: Please submit the electronic form only once. If there are typos we will correct them. If there is other information that needs to be corrected, please contact us by email.

2. Images:

Provide two images in jpg format with resolution not greater than 72 dpi. Either email images to tracdirectory@bellsouth.net or bring/send a CD to TRAC at the same time you submit your text summary form and $20 payment.

Remember to include your name, title of the image, media, and dimensions (in inches) for each piece either within the body of your email or on the CD label.

Note: Please include your name and title of work in each jpg file name, like this: smith__selfportrait.jpg

Pages will be posted following TRAC approval and after receipt of set-up payment. Each year when you renew your TRAC membership, a $10 fee is required to maintain your registry listing and will also entitle you an opportunity to update it. View our policies for more information.

Making Changes

Time to update your information and/or images? The per-update fee is $10 (after the 1st update in a membership year). Contact Jane Willig at jane@toeriverarts.org for more information.
