Step 1: Review Instructions

Getting your directory page set up is a two-part process: the text and the images. If you have questions, please contact Kathryn Andre at kathryn@toeriverarts.org for further information or help.

1. Text:

Once you have provided the requested information in the Artist Registry Information Entry Form, a summary page will appear for your review. This is the information that has been sent electronically to us. Move on to the next step, which is submitting your chosen images.

Note: Please submit the electronic form only once. If there are typos we will correct them. If there is other information that needs to be corrected, please contact us by email.

2. Images:

Provide two images in jpg format with resolution not greater than 72 dpi. Either email images to kathryn@toeriverarts.org or bring/send a CD to TRAC at the same time you submit your $20 payment. Please use Pay Pal, drop off at either TRAC Galleries, or mail to: TRAC, PO Box 882, Burnsville NC 28714.

Remember to include your name, title of the image, media, and dimensions (in inches) for each piece either within the body of your email or on the CD label.

Note: Please include your name and title of work in each jpg file name, like this: smith__selfportrait.jpg

Pages will be posted following TRAC approval and after receipt of $20 set-up payment. View our policies for more information.

Making Changes

An artist may update his/her information and/or images by paying a $10 update fee. Send your updates to Kathryn Andree, PO Box 826, Spruce Pine, NC 28777 or email to kathryn@toeriverarts.org. The update fee can be sent to the above address or dropped off at either of our gallery locations.
