"We are constantly amazed by the number of people that recognize and remember McWhirter Pottery from their childhood visits to the shop, or a craft show. As they share with us their stories of how they discovered McWhirter Pottery, meeting Kore and Jim, and what a tradition regular visits to the shop here in Celo became for their families. We are reminded of how important it is to carry on our heritage of creating beautiful and playful, functional and decorative works of art to be used and enjoyed for generations to come. |
